How to book
- Choose a plan and email hi@promotebulgaria.com (or use the contact page).
- Send your banner (300 × 250 or 728 × 90, JPG/PNG/WebP) or your text and logo.
- We review it, send you a payment link, and your ad goes live — usually within 2 working days.
Free or paid? Our rules
Free listing — for
- Cultural, charity and community events (folklore groups, Bulgarian schools abroad, festivals, exhibitions)
- Small local makers, craftspeople, family guesthouses and farms
- One text listing per business per month, up to 300 characters with one link
Paid placement — for
- Companies, agencies, hotels, shops and online stores
- Anything with images, logos, banners or a sponsored article
- Repeat promotion of the same offer, or a top position on the Community Board
Schedule
- Free listings are checked and published within 2 working days and run for 30 days
- Paid ads start on the 1st or 15th of the month, after payment
- Book seasonal campaigns at least 2 weeks ahead — e.g. Baba Marta and 3 March, summer on the coast, Christmas
We don’t accept ads for gambling, adult content, political campaigns, crypto schemes, or anything misleading or offensive. All ads are labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”. We may decline any listing.

Bulgarian businesses, events, makers and guesthouses can post a short listing on our Community Board for free. Listings are checked before they are published.
