🇧🇬 На български: Политика за бисквитките

This Cookie Policy explains how Promote Bulgaria uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) on promotebulgaria.com, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used or show you ads. “First-party” cookies are set by us; “third-party” cookies are set by other companies such as Google.

Your choices

When you first visit, our cookie banner asks for your consent before we set analytics or advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or choose by purpose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings button (CookieAdmin) or Google’s consent message. US visitors can opt out of targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices (US State Privacy Notice) page, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer this), and manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as checkout, from working.

How the law treats these cookies

  • EU/EEA (including Bulgaria) and Switzerland: only strictly necessary cookies are set without consent.
  • UK: since February 2026 UK law allows some low-risk cookies without consent, but advertising cookies and analytics shared with advertisers still need it, so we ask first.
  • US: cookies used for personalised ads may count as “selling” or “sharing” under state laws. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices (US State Privacy Notice) page or with Global Privacy Control.
  • Everywhere else: we apply the same choices described above.
