Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Promote Bulgaria wants promotebulgaria.com to be easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referred to by the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act 2010 and the US Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we do
- Clear headings and page structure that work with screen readers
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Sufficient colour contrast and text that can be resized to 200%
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard
- Correct language tags for English and Bulgarian text
- No content that flashes more than three times a second
Known limitations
Some older articles, embedded videos, third-party tools (such as payment and consent windows) and adverts may not fully meet the standard. We are working through older content and choose accessible tools wherever we can.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need content in a different format, email hi@promotebulgaria.com. Tell us the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
