Content we use from others
We respect other people’s rights. We use our own photos, licensed stock, public-domain and Creative Commons works (with the required credit) or material used with permission, and we credit sources. Some images may be created or edited with AI tools; we label AI-generated images where required.
Reporting infringing or illegal content
If you believe content on promotebulgaria.com — including a listing, advert or comment — infringes your copyright or other rights, or is illegal, email hi@promotebulgaria.com with the subject “Content notice” and include:
- your name and contact details
- the exact web address (URL) of the content
- a description of the work or right you say is infringed, or why the content is illegal
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, for copyright, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them
- your physical or electronic signature
We review every notice promptly and fairly, remove or disable content where appropriate, and tell the person who posted it (if it was a user) what we did and why, with a chance to appeal. This process is designed to meet the EU Digital Services Act, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and UK law.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL that was removed, and a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore the content unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Repeat infringers
We remove the ability to post for users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
